Due to its size and shape, the Fit Ball by SUPLES enables you to perform a variety of dynamic movements and exercises that increase your strength and at the same time enable you to do intensive cardio training. Thanks to its flexible handles, it can also be used as a traditional medicine ball. Three different versions are available: 4 kg, 6 kg, 8 kg.
